Offsite meetings

Meetings held at hotels or other venues will be arranged and managed by Carroll County Public Library (CCPL).

AV needs and troubleshooting will be handled by CCPL. Please send presentation files prior to the meeting date so they can be pre-loaded on the provided laptop.

If someone will be presenting virtually, this needs to be set up in advance so that the presentation platform can be set up.

Library hosted meetings

Meetings held at library locations will be arranged and managed by the host library.

AV needs and troubleshooting will be handled by the host library.

If someone will be presenting virtually, this should be set up in advance with the host library so that the presentation platform and equipment can be set up.

CCPL will take and post minutes from business and membership meetings
